Life's unexpected storms can leave us feeling overwhelmed, just like the disciples in the boat when a fierce storm arose on the Sea of Galilee. Jesus demonstrated His divine authority by commanding the storm to be still, revealing that He alone has power over creation. The key questions become whether Jesus is in our boat, if He's our first response in trouble, and if we approach Him with faith rather than fear.
